Peyton at 37 Weeks

The ultrasound tech snuck in a 3D image of Peyton. His face is on the left side of the picture. He has my forehead. I cried when I saw his little face on the ultrasound screen.

He will be here so soon! Shawn and I can't wait to meet him and hold him!!

Peyton at 20 weeks

We received a heathly report from our doctor. Peyton is growing fast and is doing well.

Shawn thinks Peyton has my forehead!!

Peyton at 16 weeks.

It's a boy!! The image on the right clearly shows that we have a baby boy on the way. Juliana and Shawn both came to the hospital with me for the doctor visit. We begged the doctor to do a quick ultrasound just to find out the gender (since we weren't scheduled to find out until Sept. 2nd).

We were on our way home from the visit when Julie suggested the name 'Peyton'. Shawn and I both loved the name and so there you have it. We named him then and there.

Peyton at 12 weeks.

Peyton James at 6 weeks.

We just found out 2 weeks before this picture was taken that we were pregnant. I took the test the day after Mother's Day! Too bad I didn't check on Mother's Day.

Peyton James at 6 weeks. Here he was just the size of a pea in my belly. This is the point where the sickness was just starting to set in. Little did I know what was to come--it got worse!!
